Cilantro Lime Ginger Grilled Swordfish

chopped cilantro

wild caught swordfish at least 1" thick

salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a gallon bag or bowl. Add fresh fish and place in fridge for at least 20 minutes up to an hour. Grill on each side for 5-6 minutes.
